Factory form PTFE packing is made with high temperature cladding method with super cold processing The advantage of this method is fast production time but cause flaking, breaking and loosening problem over time
PTFE packing for car modification is created without high temperature and fast cooling hardening processing method so it gets to retain its elasticity, grinding endurance, extensibility, and tie-seal properties.

Oil Seal：

Oil seal is designed with PU oil seal usage in mind. Padding is inserted with cold pressure which creates PTFE that act as oil seal This effectively reduces grinding, leaking, groove roughness, heat exhaustion, noise, and other oil seal related issue due to high pressure It also increase shock absorber’s life span
PTEF packing for car modification is slow to produce and has limited production quota per year. However, it is very resistance to grinding and hard to break down We do not recommend factory that provides piston repair service to use this because if they install this they will have nothing to repair later on

Oil Hydraulic Press：

When gas oil pour into the oil hydraulic press under high pressure and heat, causes oil seal to expend and press against the pole wall This reduces piston body’s surface tearing. Oil seal has maximum extend length of 0.5mm to 1mm
