PTFE Materials
PTFE (Teflon) possesses excellent resistance to high and low temperatures, chemical corrosion, low coefficient of friction, and non-stick properties, making it the base material for various Teflon composite materials. Fillers such as glass fiber, graphite, carbon fiber, and bronze powder can be added according to application requirements to improve wear resistance, mechanical strength, dimensional stability, and thermal conductivity.
Suitable for chemical equipment, semiconductor equipment, automated machinery, food machinery, electronic components, and various sealing elements. When equipment requires corrosion resistance, low friction, self-lubrication, or special performance enhancements, parts can be made from PTFE composite materials with different filler formulations.

Hard Carbon Material
Hard carbon is a dense, high-hardness carbon-based material with excellent wear resistance, compressive strength, and low friction. It also possesses good dimensional stability and self-lubricating ability, maintaining stable operation under high load conditions and is not easily deformed or worn.
Suitable for high-load, high-pressure, and long-term sliding friction working environments, especially in mechanisms requiring reduced wear and extended service life. Commonly used in dry or insufficiently lubricated conditions.

Soft Carbon Material
Soft carbon has good self-lubricating properties and smooth contact characteristics, with a low coefficient of friction, effectively reducing wear and noise during operation.
